All our Auctions take place under the following conditions Terms Strictly cash, bankers draft, CHAPS Transfer or company cheque. Any items to be invoiced to a finance company require at least a 10% holding deposit on the day of sale.
VAT: Value added tax at the current rate of 17.5% will be added to all lots. Export customers will be refunded 17.5% on receipt of the necessary shipping documents and their customer VAT number. Insurance: The Purchaser is on risk from the fall of the hammer and is advised to obtain insurance as soon as possible Warranty: All lots are "Sold as Seen" no warranty is expressed or implied as to the description / condition of any lot offered for sale. The Purchaser must satisfy him / herself of the lot or lots they may wish to purchase Removal: All Purchases must be paid for in full and removed from the premises as per details in the catalog. Registration: Intending Purchasers MUST Register in the Auction Office and obtain a Buyers Number prior to making a Bid. Note: We reserve the right to remove or substitute any lots prior to the sale without any notice. |
